For the right projects, I am available for advisory positions as a non-exec board director, or on a more informal basis. I have also taken contract roles on a specific project or troubleshooting / project-turnaround basis.
Remuneration
I would love to provide infinite support and consultancy on a free basis; but we all have to earn a crust!
I have engaged with start-ups and corporate business alike on a variety of basis including:
- taken equity only shares
- share options
- paid remuneration
- retainer
- fixed fee
- or hourly
- a mix of both.
This depends on the project, the stage, what your project or start-up needs and what else I am doing in my portfolio of interests at the time of engagement.
